Food Booth Information and Application
We Promote a litter free environment. No Dogs Allowed
The Climax Community Club will furnish a 20'x 20' space, garbage containers,
and water and/or 120V, 30 amps electrical hookup.
All deep fryers and/or cookers must be gas.
1. CLASS A BOOTH, $300.00 (preparation of 3 or more foods plus prepared beverage)
2. CLASS B BOOTH, $200.00 (preparation of 2 foods plus prepared beverage)
3. CLASS C BOOTH, $150.00 (preparation of 1 food plus prepared beverage)
4. CLASS D BOOTH, $100.00 (preparation of 1 food & no beverage)
5. CLASS E BOOTH, For larger space and will be charged according to size and
food served. These will need to be in place Friday afternoon.
In order to ensure a variety of foods, the club reserves the
right to limit duplication of food.
Operator is responsible for erecting shelter no earlier than Friday morning,
site clean up, supplying own insurance:
any accidents caused by them or to them by a third party, Climax Community Club
shall be held blameless on any liability suit, & sales tax.
Operator may sell tea, coffee, lemonade, or hot chocolate. No carbonated drinks
or bottled water please. VIOLATION CONSTITUTES EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
One vehicle may remain within each assigned booth area
(no obstruction or interference with others is permitted).
The Climax Community Club has final authority as to specific site
& classification for each booth.
NO REFUNDS for any reason after October 1 of each calendar year.
Health inspectors will be on the grounds during the day.
Applications on First Come/First Serve basis.
